To receive an official receipt, please send us the bank-in slip or IBG transaction receipt at our office phone number: 011-59233881 or email: enquiry@aspac.org.my, and include details such as name of donor, contact number and mailing address.

If donating by cheque, please make cheque payable to ASSISI PALLIATIVE CARE BHD.
Cheques are to be posted to 49, Jalan Railway 1/2, Petaling Jaya, 46000 Selangor, Malaysia.
